With a university Degree and Master’s in Chiropractics from the Madrid College of Chiropractics, Diploma in Physical Therapy from the Universitat Internacional de Catalunya and Degree in Sports Sciences from Universitat de Barcelona.
Dr. Gutiérrez has been the first Spaniard to obtain two prestigious degrees accrediting him as a specialist in Functional Neurology (Diplomate of the American Chiropractic Neurology Board) and in Applied Kinesiology (Diplomate of the International College of Applied Kinesiology). His most recent qualification was a Master’s in Clinical Psychoneuroimmunology at the Pontifical University of Salamanca directed by Dr. Leo Pruimbon.
He has worked in several practices including in Madrid, Barcelona and Sant Cugat as a Physical Therapist and Chiropractor. From 2012 to 2022 he was a full professor of Neurology and Neuro-Orthopedics at the Barcelona College of Chiropractic.
In 2012 he opened his own center in Barcelona and then in 2023 he opened the first chiropractic center in Sant Andreu de Llavaneres.
Dr. Jordi Gutierrez, husband and father of 2 children, is very passionate about all kinds of athletics (including crossfit, surfing, skiing). He combines his work in Llavaneres and Barcelona, giving chiropractic care to elite athletes and postgraduate teaching internationally. He is a member of the Spanish Chiropractic Association (#1276) and is a member of the Physiotherapy College (#10188).
